Leaders Associates (together, "Travel Leaders", "us," "our", or "we").

use this ite. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at

TRAVEL LEADERS HAS NO LIABILITY FOR, AND WILL MAKE NO REFUND IN THE
EVENT OF, ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, STRIKE, FORCE MAJEURE OR
OTHER CAUSES BEYOND ITS DIRECT CONTROL. TRAVEL LEADERS TAKES NO
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING
OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.
BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR INTERNATIONAL
DESTINATIONS, TRAVEL LEADERS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT SUCH
TRAVEL IS WITHOUT RISK. TRAVEL LEADERS IS NOT AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL YOU PURCHASE AT THIS

Miscellaneous
Travel Leaders reserves the right to refuse service, terminate
accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel reservations in its sole
discretion. Both you and Travel Leaders acknowledge and agree that no
partnership is formed and neither you nor Travel Leaders has the power
or the authority to obligate or bind the other.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance
with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to
conflict of laws principles. For the resolution of any dispute, the
parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal,
state and local courts located in Hennepin, Minnesota. These Terms
operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of
these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed
severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and
Travel Leaders, and are accepted by you upon your use of the Site or
your account. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you
and Travel Leaders regarding the use of the Site and your account.
