| Q: How long is the contract? |
| A: When joining Results! Travel you are only making a one-year commitment
with the ability to walk away from this commitment with only a 30-day notice.
There are no fees or restrictions to leave this commitment. If you aren't seeing
value in this program you are free to leave. |

| Q: How much does it cost? Are there a lot of fees? |
| A: When you join the Results! Travel community, the Initial Franchise Fee and first year annual fee are being waived.
There are no royalties or marketing fees with this program.

| Q: Do I have to change my agency name or how I run my agency? |
| A: No. As a member of Results! Travel you retain both your identity and the way you do business.
We aren't planning to promote the Results! brand name and we don't expect you to either. |

| Q: Can I belong to Results! and another franchise or consortium? |
| A: Most franchises and consortiums have provisions in their agreements that prohibit multiple
affiliations. In addition, more and more suppliers are also penalizing agencies that have multiple
affiliations. |

| Q: What type of overrides do you have? |
| A: With Results! Travel we offer industry leading overrides and incentive commissions with the
top suppliers in the industry. These are the types of vendor incentives that are
only available to the largest franchise organizations, and to you, once you are part of the Results!
Travel community. |
